"Dr Clements and his staff have been extremely professional and supportive throughout my entire experience. It was nice to finally find a doctor who "got it" I appreciated his pre-surgery extensive testing--it gave me the confidence to go ahead with the surgery. Dr Clements office submitted my information electronically to my insurance company (BCBS of AL)and I was approved within a week! With all of the pre-screening and his extensive questionaire, he seems to have the insurance companies figured out. Teresa Leath ,the Nurse Coordinator, has been very helpful and supportive to me as well. She really is the point of contact on scheduling all of the appointments and paperwork. I know they both have my best interest in mind and are always available when I need them. Dr Clements is THE BEST! A 10 out of 10. I look forward to continuing our successful relationship through follow-up appointments and his monthly support group."
