Hi all! It is an update from ME! I'm home! Discharged last night and I am doing well. Feels good to be home and among my pets and familiar things. Thanks for all your prayers and support! I thank God for all of you and it's good to know I have the support for the rest of this journey. Blessings, love and prayers to all of you!

Went to see Anita on Saturday, she was 2 1/2 post-op! She made it to the other side! Her friend, Cliff was in to see her, she had a wonderful nurse, Monica looking out for her, and we chatted for about an hour! She was still in a little pain, but much less than the 1st day. She was looking forward to coming home on Tuesday 6/26!

From Anita's parents: Anita Farlie's surgery is 'history'. The 7:30 a. m. surgery, today, was really 10:45, and finally back to her room by 4 p. m. A smile on her face when she went in and 'sort of a smile' when we saw her before we left. Our pastor drove clear from Lodi to be with us and that was neat., we appreciated it as did Anita. Everything appears successful, and a four or five day stay. Her address is: Rm. 2430---Valley Care Medical Center--5575 Los Positas Blvd..Pleasanton, Ca. 94566. phone: 925-847-3000. Am sure she'd love to hear from you. Since you all live elsewhere, other than here in Lodi, will share our current temperature, 103 deg. I believe a record.
