"I was very impressed with Dr. Warnock. He was very concerned that I understand the procedure and all that followed. It was very reasuring to me to find not only was he a Christian but we are of the same faith. So it helped me to know he sees a lot of things the same as I do. I did not feel rushed he gave me plenty of time to ask questions and he took great pains to make sure I understood his answers. He was very serious when talking about the risk involved and also the commitment that you make when having surgery. He invited me to the support group that was meeting the following saturday and I did attend that. It was wonderful to listen to everyones story. I had the opportunity to talk to several people after the meeting and that was great. To listen to those who have had Dr. Warnock as their surgeon and hear what their opinions where and what experiences they have had was very beneficial.
The biggest problem so far is not getting return calls from the lady that does his insurance coordinating for him. I am in the process of being reviewed right now and I had to find out on my own that my paperwork was sent in and the status. Several phone messages were left for his insurance person and still no return calls."
