My husband and I both decided to have WLS after consulting with our physicians.  I began the process back in June of 2010 and he started in August of 2010.  Our insurance both finally approved us last month. John's surgery date is set for April 14th and mine date is May 12th.  We both have decided to have Gastric Bypass.  I am so excited but I am scared and nervous at the same time.  I am using this time before my surgery to come up with my game plan.  How to incorporate exercise in my life more and how to stay on target.  I don't want to fail.  I want to live a happy healthy life.  I want to have beautiful healthy children and teach them how eat properly and lead active lives.  So the journey begins...
