Ay Dios Mio! What a pinche ride this has been! lol I am 3 months post-op, down almost 70 lbs. and feeling pretty good! I have not been able to exersize as much as I've wanted to, due to the cold weather here. But, I am going to start walking every day when it warms up some, we have had a couple warm days and I've been out there bustin my butt. It has been rough learning how to not eat emotionally. Its hard to go out to eat with the family....but, I can't say as I regret it at all. I am feeling better than i have in years. And hopefully I've added a few years on to my life by having this surgery!  So, yeah, anywhoooo...thats about it for now. Got a sick daughter who is callin for her mama.

So, I was approved 2 days after the letters were sent to my insurance! I had surgery on November 11th 2008 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire WI. All went well, I was able to come home a day early to be with the kiddies..I was missing them so darn bad! I was in a heckuva lotta pain for a few days..but now, a week later I am feeling much better! I went out walking a lil bit today in this freezing cold weather, and cleaned up the yard a bit. Hopefully, I start noticing some weight loss soon! Its been rough, but it will get better! I hope!!!
