Well....where to start. I am a proud mother of 2 beautiful little divas, Megan(11) and Jordyn(7). I am married to the most sweetest man I have ever known, he by the way it all in the approval process for WLS aswell. We also have been trying to have a baby for about 5 years and no luck because of the weight and PCOS. Hopefully a baby is something in our future. I was born in southern Cali and moved here to Good Ole Tennessee when I was about 14. I have always been a little heavy but it wasnt until I got pregnant with my oldest when I really gained a significant amount of weight and I just couldnt seem to get rid of it. I have tried any and everything like fad diets, diet pills, exercise programs, you name it, I have tried it. In the past year I have really been seriously thinking and considering WLS. I was always so scared of it, and actually even after checking in to it and going to 3 seminars(yes I said 3), I was really even scared to death of it after I had decided to start going thru the approval process. I can honestly say that I prayed and prayed that I was making the right decision, and the morning of the day I scheduled for my pre-op consultation I awakened and It was almost like a weight if you will was lifted off my shoulders. I felt refreshed and it was a wonderful day and I knew that this was the lords plan for me to have this WLS and change my life for good........................
