Hey Everyone!!!! I'm Christina and im basically on here to find out more information about the lap band. I've heard alot of good things about it. I defintely know that I am a candidate but im just a little bit scared. Well here is my 411, I'm 22 and im at a whopping 270. I've struggled with my weight since grade school and im at the point of no return. I had my first child and gain a good 70 pounds and lost maybe 30 or it, and now I just had my second child and gained 50 pounds. I have tried alot of things to lose weight but it seems like its just not coming off. I really would love to run around with my kids and see them grow up. Anyways, I need HELP! I'm looking for a good doctor in lafayette, La and im not sure what type of insurance will cover for this type of surgery. PLease help meeee.......
