calorie sight

Ok, so I got on one of those sights where you put in what you eat and it tells you how many calories you are consuming.  WELL, WELL, WELL, I do not understand the people who say they have trouble getting in their 800 calories a day.  I usually eat two different menus or a combination there of.  my LOWEST menu day is between 723, and 728.5 calories a day.  my highest is between 855 or 900.5 calories a day!!!!!!!  I know that 900 calories is WAY  too much to be eating, so I must now figure a way to lower mu calorie intake and still EAT SOMETHING.  It is funny, i am following the nutritionists diet verbatum, but yet I am getting in too many calories!!!!!  So if anyone has any advise on how to lower calorie intake and still eat seven times a day,(4 meals and 3 smacks)  please let me know!!!!!! 

Stopped eating the diet icecream 2 days ago and I think i may have broken my stall but I won't know for sure until I get back to my regular scale.  So I have other things to think about now, how will I lower this calorie intake???
