4 yr checkup today

I had my 4 year check up today (a little early) and I know that I need to get back on track.  I want to reconnect with friends my met through the OH board for support and help getting back to where I need to be.  I have let things go by the wayside and I have gained 25 pounds and I need to get to work to get it back off once again.
Hoping that by coming back to the board where I started and being able to get the support I need and also to give support to others that are just starting out or are where I am now.

this is the best thing I have ever done for myself and I need to remember that and start putting myself first once again!
