I just realised how long it has been since i have posted.  I feel like i am at a stand still. i still have about 45-50 lbs to lose. i know some of it is excess skin so that will have to wait until i can get some insurance and hope they will  cover it.  
i know part of my issue is my foot they found 2 bone spurs in it and think i have a fusion in the tarsal area. that issue makes it difficult  with some of the excercising. i did a lot of walking before now i have to walk with a cane and cant go like i did before.
but anyways doing good otherwise and loving being smaller.
