"Dr. Coates is a very wonderful surgeon! I only met him on the day of my surgery. I saw his PA's the other times. They are wonderful as well! They all have a great bedside manner. They seem truely interested in helping the Morbidly Obese patients that they see. They also have quite a bit of compassion! His office staff is bad about calling people back when they say but I'm sure they will be working on that!"
