I am sitting here in my office. All by myself and I am crying. I just got a call from my Dr. and I got the news that my insurance approved my surgery.
This is such a big moment in my life. My weight has control everything in my life since as far as i can remember. I really did not know how i was going to feel about it. I feel like i have being given a new lease on life.
And today with the happiness still fresh in my heart, I am going to make myself this promise. I am going to work, I am going to work hard. I am going to put myself first, I am going to make this a new way of living.
