OK so its been awhile.  Here are some quick updates.  I had surgery for a lipoma tumor in the muscle of my shoulder.  Had it removed so i was out of order for the past week or so.  I ate out every meal and no exercise so needless to say I have gained weight and it sucks.  It seems that the weight is so easy to gain back.  It is still a life time struggle for me and will always be. So this week i will try and walk cause I can't do much else and eat a little healthier.

So right now I am about 12 pounds over where I want to be. I am determined to get it off.  I need to lay off the carbs....simple as that!

I swear weight loss surgery turns your life upside down and side ways.  Its definitely not for the weak!
