Surgery set

Seen Dr. and hernia surgery is scheduled for Wednesday.. as long as my labs all come back okay.. so keeping my fingers crossed. If all is okay outpatient surgery will call on Tuesday with the time for Wednesday.. Ahhh, ready for the pain to be gone. Dr. said he will check everything out while he is in there to make sure there isnt any kinks or leaks> I told him to tighten all my bolts and screws, he just laughed and said will do... LOL...

Finally I got an appointment to see my surgeon.. I go on May 12th @ 1:30 so hopefully when he sends me for lab work everything comes back okay so I can have my hernia repaired.. *keep your fingers crossed for me please*
Feeling disappointed in myself :(

in September of last year I fell and broke my ankle and pulled all the tendons in my foot, so for 9 weeks I was down with that and during those 9 weeks I am sad to say I have gained weigh and I just dont like the way I look.. I just feel *fat* gosh I hate that word.. My new husband and my kids all say I look great but I just dont feel it.. After my surgery I got down to 105lbs and everyone said I looked sick.. I thought I looked great :0) I gained some lbs back and @ 125lbs I felt good was wearing a size 4 and loving it.. Now after being "down" with the broken ankle I am up to 148lbs. and I feel horrible.. I think maybe something is going on inside my tummy is upset all the time, I have a hernia and was scheduled to have surgery a yr ago but my iron was so low Dr. said no way he could do surgery.. so I had infusions and my iron was getting back up, but I havent had it fixed yet. any way I just feel horrible and wasnt sure what exactly is involved in a revision surgery and what is the reasons for having one.. anyone have any words of wisdom or just thoughts if you have gained a little weight back and don't feel "pretty"...
