Today didn't go as well as planned.  I hate controversy and dealing with it sends me to the cookies.  I ate 2 and then put the rest in the trash.  Covering them with coffee grounds was wasteful but necessary.  My kids don't understand, but I can't have them in the house right now.  After dinner, while I have a nice full belly I plan to clean the pantry of anything non-healthy.  The kids don't need the junk any more than I do.
