After 5 months of my insurance company and billing company not being able to decide what is required for authorization of the surgery I am about to choose a date in February. I have made so many calls to my insurance and my surgeon it is crazy! And they are still telling me different stories. My insurance stated the doctor's asst told them all I needed was a Psych test. I call the doctor's asst and she says no what you need is a meeting with a Nutritionist. I give up!So I had the meeting which my insurance won't cover. Sheesh!
I am nervous and excited.
