My name is Robin. I am happily married to my hubby, Rick. We have been married for 19 years. We have been blessed with one child by adoption. His name is Anthony. He is 11. I have been heavy all of my life, but never morbidly. I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disorder and was started on Steroids. A cheap drug but very damaging to the body in several ways. Yes it helps the auto-immune problem but.... In the last 5 years I have put on the weight like there is no tomorrow. I have investigated and read many books about weight loss surgery.
