Here I go!

I just found this sight. It is day one. First I am a vegetarian. I haven’t been for long but it’s going on six months. I was dropping weight at the beginning but then I love bread… Soooo I indulged. I still have kept weight off. I started at 236 and am at 220. The ultimate goal is to hit approximately 140. I don’t feel that I need surgery but I think the tools on this sight can apply to me. Also, I am lactose intolerant.  Dairy is not an issue. I intend on posting recipes on this sight in my blogs of things that I have made and healthy alternatives. So here I go!
