Go figure!

Here I am, trying to loose some weight, keeping my food logs, and what happens?.....I gain weight! I downloaded this program, My fitness pal, and I love it. BUT, it said that I could eat 2100 cals and still loose weight. NOPE! Now I've gone down to 1800 cals and will see where that takes me. 

On another note, I am very achy all over my body today.....don't know why. I do think my "girl time" is upon me. Haven't had a period since December, but am not sure if it is because of the weight, or since I am 45, if it is just menopause. :o)

I think I will sit out the water aerobics today. Makes me a little sad....but maybe I will do a belly dance workout tonight to burn a couple calories.
