Home From Hospital!

Hello everyone. I finally came home on yesterday(Resurrection Sunday).

Surgery went very well. Dr. also cleaned out a 2cm Abscess on lower abdomen and made sure all infection was out of the boils. I'm very sore on the right side where my biggest incision is at.  During the hospital stay I was having issues with extremely high b/p due to pain melds not helping ease the pain. Happy to report b/p is stable but Dr. is still keeping me on b/p meds for  a little while longer. My husband stayed with me the whole time at the hospital. I was treated like a queen in the hospital by him.

Since yesterday my taste buds have drastically change. My protein shakes now make me gag, Still  trying  to really focus on  staying dehydrated, Took in only 15 g of protein yesterday  16 oz bottle water,  and a  cup of chicken broth.
