Hi Everyone - I am Karen. I am 52 years old and I had the VSG on September 9, 205. I can not believe it has been almost three years. It has been a journey of valleys and mountains, but I would not trade the decision to have WLS for the world. I am a brand new person and loving life. I lost 104 pounds and learned alot about eating healthy and the need for exercise. I have made so many good friends along the way. This is one journey you do not want to travel alone - the more the merrier :) I wish everyone the best of luck and have faith in yourself - you can do it! :)
