I am 42 years old. I am also a wife to a wonderful supportive husband. I am also a mother to a fantastic 13 year old son.
I've also been overweight my entire life.
I grew up in a family of 4 brothers and 2 sisters. I am the only one that is overweight. Talk about unfair. I can't even blame my
genes for this.
I decided that this is the last year I am going to be overweight. I am going to take control of my life and enjoy my life.
I am blessed to have a wonderful family and friends who love me. I want to make the positive changes in my life to get my life
back.
I know my journey will not be easy. There will be bumps in the road. I look forward to having OT to help with these issues my
family may not understand.
