Carolyn, I met you at Dr. Syn's Seminar Yesterday....and I left a little note on his website about YOU being toooo quiet... I just read your profile and I want you to know how sorry I am to hear about your loss...AND how glad I am for your decision to see Dr. Syn. You will LOVE him! My profile isn't totally updated....but there are things there you can read about....it was NOT easy for me..but it WAS the right decision...any problems I had were a direct result from my health condition and uncontrolled diabetes.........Dr. Syn is truly a God-send...he took excellent care of me....(and continues to do so..) My thoughts and prayers will continue for you as you go through this process. It IS a process, and it IS a journey...but such a wonderful journey. If you ever need someone to talk to...I'm right HERE! Hugs, Beckey

Thank You Cee Cee one of the volunteers did it her name is Myra. She did such a wonderful job and she fixed the ticker so that it wouldn't keep saying I all ready had Surgery. I didn't want to bother you you have so much for me allready. And you just had your Surgery so I didn't want to bother you again. Thanks again Cee Cee you are so sweet will talk to you soon. Carol

sweetie hang in there.. have you come across and read profiles that have people with sleep apneas and have cPap machines too? i have ran across some of them but cant remember the names. also, have you called Medicare to confirm their WLS exclusion? do you know if Medicare is differently ran from state to state? ay, i wish there were better and clearer answers. *hugs*

Carol, please try and stay positive. I have both dr's. I have severe sleep apnea and I know Dr. Bradshaw's office doing everything possible! Dr U's office is being inundated right now, everyone is fighting to get in for the surgeries. He is great, but he will be leaving and they are looking to get 2 not one but 2 bariatric surgeons here. I am sad cuz, I just had the surgery and I feel already a sense of loss, cuz he won't be here but for the first 2 months, then someone else is taking over my case and I am scared, will they give me the attention and care he has started! So in a weird way I feel like may be I should of waiting to have one doctor go thru with it all the way with me. With my research it is best if you have someone from start to finish. So, If you can stay positive for the 28th of Dec. you don't want a rush and then things not going as you want. Also, this time of year is hell mainly cuz a lot of people take vacations to go see family. I found out there are alot of different people from different states here in the medical community. I know Dawn is doing what she can she is great, it is just the frustration you are feeling to get this over with and on the road! Keep me posted. Liz
