Well My name is Audge and I once weighed 464 pounds and have lost 220 pounds, it has been a journey I'm very thankful, it's just my Dr. didn't prepare me for the hanging skin, it is dreadful and that is my goal now, I have 60 pounds of skin that needs to be removed, No I don't have a DR. for that and sometimes it really gets you down and depressed, You fell you have come this far just to hit a wall, but the brighter side is that I do have life.
