I am currently a 46 year old single mom who has struggled with weight issues for most of my life. As a teenager, I was tall and slim, until I was molested by a friend's parent. That is when my weight started to balloon and quickly went out of control. I got married to my high school sweetheart and had a lot of trouble getting pregnant. That led to my diagnosis of PCOS and ultimately was part of the reason for my divorce. He wanted biological children and a svelte wife, both things I could not give him. During that time we adopted my beautiful daughter who is now going on 16 and learning to drive (YIKES!!) and she is the light of my life. I am now for the first time wanting to live a healthier and happier life so I can be around to see her get married and have me some grandbabies!
I just found out, don't know how I missed it, that I could take out a loan from my 401k plan and that is how I'm financing my surgery. As soon as I receive the funds, I will be scheduling my surgery with Dr. Elias Ortiz in Tijuana.
I'm so excited I can't stand myself right now!!!
