HI! I'm Jen :) i'm 38 years old and i've FINALLY got a surgery date. (4-13-10)
I had to go thru A LOT of crap just to get here, but my doc and all the support staff did a great job to help me not get discouraged. i'm pretty new here, but looking for friends and support people to help me thru the next phase of the journey. i'm super excited about starting my new life as a healthy person :)
i have a 5 year old son who keeps me grounded. he's my best cheerleader. this summer our goal is to ride bikes together, so that's a super motivator for me as well. any help, advice or support is greatly appreciated :)
