"Dr. Krause is excellent. He is very compassionate, yet professional. He exudes a sense of confidence. My impression has remained high. Office staff very helpful, even though at times it seemed as though the process was taking too long! I realize now that it was my own impatience that made the process seem too long! Dr. Krause is very encouraging and has a structured follow up program. I had no concerns going into the surgery because all questions my husband and I had were answered before hand. I had one slight complication about a month post-surgery and he was very reassuring about what I needed to do to take care of the problem. I would highly recommend him."
