How ya doing??? Fine I can see. Girl you keep on doing your thang. I'm so happy for you. So far, I have lost 90lbs, only ten more pounds to go and I'll be at my century mark! I have joined the gym, so just like you, I'm trying to loose another 70-80lbs by december. Let's go for it!!! On your mark, get set, go!!!!!!!!!

Hey Nae, I just wanted to stop by and show you some LOVE and to let you know that I really appreciate you praying for my friend Sharise. It made my day when I got your message today because I needed to hear your kind words. Everyone is feeling very nervous about my up coming surgery and I can't help but feel a little guilty for putting them through all of this. And with Sharise being so sick and barely clinging to life has made this journey a little more difficult for everyone around me, including myself. Thanks to you, today I was reminded to just take....
