Starting Over with lapband

I had a lapband installed Jan. 2008. After going through a lot of psychological stresses the last 1/2 year, I find the need to start over from the beginning. In fact, I need to lose the 25 pounds I gained while not paying attention to what counts.......my health! Am doing what I can to gear up and use my tool for what it was designed for. Wish me luck. It will be a bit of work, but I'm eager to make it fun too.
