After Vacation

I can't believe how bad I was on my vacation.  I broke all the lapband rules.  I drank calories.  I ate slider foods.  I did not eat 3 meals a day.  I did not drink my water.  The only exercise I got was walking to the beach, a little swimming, and walking in the sand.  So now I'm trying to get back on track.  I'm back to Zumba, and might make it 6 times this week.  Working fairly successfully on the water.  And getting back to the 3 meals, plus 2 snax.  Though I have almost 2 weeks to get back to weight loss, I will be soooo happy if I just don't have a gain for this month.  Gonna have to do better working at it.  I've done a little better each day, but must continue to improve.
