and Im doing great!!
!! I have lost over 130 lbs... Im working out 5 days a week.
. I still have to get down lower to have a tummy tuck and others parts done...wink wink!!!

.. Im so sorry I have not got back to yall!!! I have a new job that I can auctal work all 40 plus hours!

Hiya all,
I went to my Doc check up at Duke yesterday, and Im down a Total 83lbs From Jan the 9th!!!!! 
YEAH ME!!!! The doc said I look great 
took blood work and told me to keep up the great work! Then We have what is call group meetting,
and I was the 2nd Highest weight lost in the group. Of coruse a Man beat me by 4 lbs. We had the sugrey done the same day grrrrrr
......I still have a LONG way to go, But my trips are getting shorter... I hated this OP. at first,,,,,but Now I love it.. I could even say it saved my life. Well I love each of you all
for all the love you have gave me. May God Con't to shower his blessing on us all!!! OH AND I CAN EAT ANYTHING NOW.....
But I will be good!!!......
Oh and I cant stop shopping I cant eat now, So I spend my Hubbys money anyone else trun to something else after WLS???

Wow what a ride I have been on...lol... But doing good I have my days then I know what NOT to do the next time..lol... I have lost a total of 62 lbs in 9 weeks!! Praise GOD!!! His love is so sweet!!

!!So after one month I have lost 40 lbs and 12 inches.. I started out at 396 im now 356...Im very happy

!!!But all thats ok because I've had a WW scales I bought last year that goes up to 385 lbs. I just knew I was not that big. So I have never been on them with out them saying ERRRRRR....lol....
This moring I got on them and it said 380.8. I step off got back on step off got back on. I took a pic of the scales with my feet on them and sent th pic to my hubby.....
THats 16lbs in 6days.. WOW
Thank you Lord, YOu know me more then I know my self.

I got my ins approval
on Monday then they could not have my WLS intill March... Well I got a call From Duke to let me know when my WLS will be... Beth told my is the 9th ok sure hun 9th of March is fine.... She said oh no hun,, the 9th of JANUARY!!!!!! Praise the LORD!!!
I said well humm YES!!!!!!!!!! She just laughed, the girl who told me March is New...oppsss.
..lol...She though i had just started going thru this... SO THANK YOU ALL FOR YOU PRAYERS!! I THANK GOD FOR YOU ALL!!!
Cant wait to tell my WLS support group meeting gals about this... We all are meeting over here for out christmas party
at my house...... Cant wait!!!I have so much to do any tips would be great!!!
