A little about me.

Hi againJust a little about me and why Im here...well first of all Im overweight, Not obese by some standards but definatly need to get a handle on it before it gets any worse. I did not battle my weight when I was young like alot of the people that will read this, I battled just to have food to eat. Im sorry if this is harsh but it is part of my "therapy" to work out my reasons for being overweight. Im the youngest of 7 kids with 2 alcoholic parents living in a 2 bedroom home. There was never enough food, space, attention etc. The problem with my weight and all of my siblings did not really start until later in our lives. Most people when they get a big paycheck think of the new clothes they will buy, I think of the food. Another reason is that Im not doing any sports anymore. I was very athletic up until I turned 40, still playing on 4 softball teams at a time. I loved team sports and enjoyed the competition.
