that is wonderful! keep up the push on the protien. Cant wait til i am on the losing side.

7 weeks since surgery and I am doing great. have lost a total of 42 lbs. best decision I have made for myself. am having a little problem adjusting to foods but not to be discouraged. keep trying to eat but biggest concern is getting enough protein. Have wonderful support people all around me and that helps.
