Well I am almost 5 weeks post-op and have lost 25 pounds. I missed my 4 week check up because I was out of town for work so I am not sure what the Doctor will think of this and they didn't have another appointment until the 2nd. My stomach has also turned against me. Before I left for my business trip I was doing great while I was gone of course I had to try and foods that I could eat which was nearly impossible. I got sick with every meal which made things very difficult. I should be trying new foods but now I am scared to for fear of getting sick. The spicy foods are a definite no no and anything with even the slightest bit of grease is horrible. I guess it will just take time to get the hang of this. Overall though I feel great and i am starting to get a bit more energy. I am going to the Red Hot Chilli Peppers Concert tomorrow in Philadelphia which should be a blast. I would like to have a few drinks but not sure if that's going to be possible, haha
