Well, March 14 2013 is my new birthday! After a year long journey to get to this point, surgery is over and I am home and feeling well. Trying very hard to follow all the rules and get the protein and fluid requirements in, because I've seen the results when you don't! Hoping to lose around 100 lbs by March of next year.
