"Dr. Beall was very nice - professional but understanding. The main problem I had was with Joni. She took over the insurance paperwork and it was disaster! She didn't know I was alive a month later until I called her when my insurance company said they had not received any paperwork (should have been sent in first week of June). Since I already had the pre-approval from my insurance company, I planned on having the surgery early August. But because of Joni, it didn't happen until Sept 20. "
