I went to the doctors office yesterday for my b-12 shot and hopped on their scale. Yeah!!! I've lost a total of 62 lbs.This is the first I've been on a scale in a month. You see.. I don't own a scale and don't want one..afraid I'd be obsessive and weigh daily if not more. For me that could be counter-productive and depressing.
