"I was treated with empathy, but some of the staff did seem rushed at times. I did talk with some specialists (physical therapy, occ therapy) that I didn't think I needed, and my insurance was billed a lot for this. I don't think it was necessary, but then again I'm not the expert in this field, I was a patient."
