Hi.I am a 38 year old male. I am a Registered Nurse{Nurse Manager} with a specialty in Emergency Medicine and Renal Diaysis and Chemotherapy. My major battle withthe bulge started about 10 years ago. Prior to that played hockey at high level and was always in top condition. My job and family life took over.... and here I am. The pressures of being a caregiver and taking care of life threatening situations of others took its toll. I forgot about caring for myself both psychologically and physically. I have been down a 100 lbs 4 times in the past 8 years. It's time to take back my life. Stay tuned for the journey.
