I am 10 years out from my original surgery. I have had skin removal("around the world") in 2004. Went from a size 18 to 14 in  12 hours!  Since then I have had a serious blockage requiring surgery & stomach hernia surgery, so after 10 years I am a size 16.  BUT compared to where I was BEFORE surgery( size 28 & UP) I am STILL THRILLED that I had surgery done!! This surgery(Micro pouch) gave me anew life!! Not only physically, but MORE important, MENTALLY!!

No matter what surgery you have you MUST follow your doctor's instructions !!!  If you are NOT willing to change your eating life, don't bother to have surgery! 

 For ME?  It is the BEST thing I EVER have done for myself.
