7 years post op today

Well it has been 7 years since my surgery.  In the few years following my surgery i had some complication, however within the last several years i have been complication free and feeling great.  I have maintained my weight fairly well.  I can eat most things now and still have to be careful when eating sugar.

I must take multi vit. daily.  that is a biggie along with vit. B and calcium.  But other than that i have done great.  I no longer focus on weight .  I focus on my life and the things i am able to do without the added weight.  My life is so rich now.  God Bless you all...thanks so much for following my journey.  It has had its ups and downs but was well worth it.
