I know I new to this so lets get started!!!!
Well Tricare with is insurance with the military approved me for surgery!!! YES i must say that I am very happy but scared at the same time. I keep thinking to myself am i making the right decision but When I think about it I been over weight for my life. Even when I was a little kid. I'm like most of you guys... trying not to eat nothing at all to working out for hours... also trying all kind of weight medication to slimfast... Boy oh boy its a head ache.
Right now I had to do alot of blood work... Also I had and Upper GI done. For you guys who had it know its a horrible think to do. Surly the stuff you have to drink.
My surgery is not until next year in January cause my doctor want me to see the nurtition and lose 10- 20 pounds before surgery... So thats my goal for now...lol...
Also I want to weight 160 is my goal... I never been thin in my life and dont plan on being..I'm doing the VSG
