"My first impression of Dr. Bertha was great. He seemed to be to be very much in demand. I was finally able to see him after two appointments were canceled. I made sure to remind him that this was my third appointment. He joked and said it wasn't personal. I did have to wait a significant amount of time before I was actually seen for my appointment. He did apologize for the wait, though. His office staff were very busy. He could probably use at least one more person working there. Overall, they all seemed very pleasant!--written post-op.--Dr. Bertha is wonderful! He is straight forward and to the point. He addressed any questions I had. He is gentle and did I say CUTE! "
"Product might be a litlle pricey but it is worth every penny. I add 2 teaspoons of Nestle No sugar Added Nesquick to it and it is glorious. I buy Vanilla by the way!"
"I feel that the nurses were excellent. They responded quickly to my requests. All bariatric patients also get private rooms so visitors were not a problem. My only problem was with another patient that was near my room she screamed all night long. I complained to the nurses but they really were trying to get her to be quiet it just didn't work."
