I have struggled with my weight all my life.  I think the only time I was thin was my sophmore in high school, but that was only because I was so active with cheerleading.  As the years went by the weight was so hard to keep off and I began to suffer from depression from it.  It was a vicious circle, I was depressed about my weight so I ate then I was depressed about gaining the weight from eating.  After my many, many attempts to loose weight I finally went to my PCP for help and he referred me to a program through my insurance.  This program (Options) helped me find the root of my problem.  Without this help I don't think my weight loss would have been a success.

I am the mother of 3 boys and I have been with my high school sweetheart for over 21 years.  My family is everything to me.  I really do not do much for myself, I would rather see my children happy and their success means the world to me.  We are a devoted baseball family.  I thank God for all of the success that my children have had.  My eldest is very successful in his DJ career, he plays at big night clubs and on the Vegas strip.  I am so proud that he is doing something that he loves and is great at it.  My next son plays for a national baseball team/academy and I live to see him play.  It does take a lot of our time and money, but it is worth it to me and my husband.  My youngest son has just joined the same baseball academy and I know he will be just as successful as his older brothers.  I know that by making the sacrifice now will give my children the advantage of academic and physical success.

As you can see my life revolves around my children, but I would not have it any other way.  I know now that I need to focus on me and trust me with my new life my attitude shows it.
