Overall dealing with Dr. Vaughn's office has been wonderful... Carol the Insurance specailist is My angel.. She helped me alot in the beginning with the insurance. towards the middle i got upset but wasnt her fault insurance company made me irritable.. But in the end I have no doubt that she helped the insurance company to come to the right decision to give me the approval. She faught for me when i least expected her to, and she will never know how gratefull i have for her.
I had my appointment recently with Dr. Vaughn.. really informative went over every detail, went over all the risks no sugar coating but also went over everything that he and the medical staff as well as myself have to do to prevent those risk..Im really glad i found dr. vaughn i have heard all wonderful things from past patients......."
