I am steady at 100 pounds lost and holding. I still should lose another 40 pounds, but I have not lost any weight in 9 months so I am probably at a serious plateau. I will try to excercise more whern the weather warms up. at least I am not going back up.
I feel great anyhow. it is amazing how much better and younger I feel!
The changes have given me confidence and stability and people seem to notice. I have a better position at work, more responibility, and people have more confidence in me.  I have gone back to college, and will be completeing my degree, then I am getting that Pilot's License.
Look out life, Here I come!

this (the RNY) was the best durned decision I have ever made.

(and I never dumped, not once - lucky me!)
