APPROVAL!!!

  Got approval today!!!  

Finally, after starting the entire process:
 
as of my yearly physical in January of 2010,
submitting initial start-up paperwork in February 2010,
being told in May that my paperwork had been misplaced by a fired employee,
starting my 6-month rigors of diet and weigh-ins with doctor's office,
being told in December 2010 that I was not approved because paperwork was lacking,
starting over again in January 2011 with 6-month doctor's visits/weigh-ins,
final weigh-in a week ago,
being told that the doctor's reports would be faxed in...only to find out a week later that they weren't,
faxing in the doctor's reports myself and my PC faxing them in as well,

I have been approved by my insurance company for gastric bypass surgery!!!  Happy dance?  Why, yes, thank you!

Next step, call the surgeon's office to set up surgery date and pre-op "stuff."
