Hi...my name is Brenda. I weigh in at about 422 lbs. This is the biggest i have ever been. I havent always been this big. I have been up and down and on every kind of diet i could think of. When i was younger i really never thought about it. I really didnt think about until I got older and I watched my mother go through 4 heart attacks. Get really sick with Diabetes and really just go down hill. I was still single and I just thought that that stuff just wouldnt happen to me.
Well... now that i am 33, the health issues are beginning. I have the high blood pressure, thyroid problems, and my breathing is as it should be. I was diagnosed with sleep apnia j ust this year. I know it will be just getting worse. And now that I have a family and two little boys who depend on me.. i dont want this for my life. I asked God to please give me a second chance at life and he has made it possible for me to have this surgery.
I didnt want my boys to see me go through the same things that I see my mother go through. I want to be able to get out there and play with them in fields and play kick ball in the yard. Right now... I am not able to do that at all. I get really winded and not to mention my Knees are terrible. I want to be better for myself and for them. I want my second chance to fix what i have messed up.
I am hoping to find a good sponsor. If anyone is interested... please let me know.
