Trying to lose 35 lbs.  I little frustrated, but there is time to lose it if I buckle down....

Its been a year and almost two months and I have reached my doctor's goal weight of 187 lbs!  I am 5'9" so that puts my BMI to 27.1 ish.  I am 184.4 as of yesterday though and that is awesome as well.  My weight loss has slowed down tremendously, but is still coming off....just very slowly......  BUT nevertheless, I am happy to be where I am!!!!  Thank you lord!  You never let me down!  NEVER!  Next goal weight is 165 lb!

4 days ago was my 1 yr mark!  I have lost 127 lbs, bringing me to 191 lbs from 318 lbs!!!!  My goal is to make it to 175 lb!

I'm lingering between 191-193 for some odd reason...but I suppose it's just a plateau.....its been a month or so now.....  I can't wait to see if more will fall off......

That didn't last long...up 4lbs!

My body got homesick and returned to Twoterville this past month, but has arrived in Onederland and hopefully is here to stay.......198!!!!

I had another appt with a different doc and my height is actually 5'9" 1/4.  I can deal with that.....

I had my height taken at the doctor's the other day and I am actually 5'  8.5'' in instead of 5' 10'', bummer....that means my BMI is higher....oh, well I'll be fine of course!
