Confused in Casper :/

Is there anyone in the Casper, Wyoming Area that has had or trying to have Gastric Bypass?? Im trying to get the surgery, but it seems to me that no one here knows what they're doing! One person tells me to do one thing, then another person says "no no no, that's all wrong, THIS is what you need to do... BLAH BLAH BLAH" I can't do this alone, i need help! :*(
